Jurassic Soap Kitchen is a family-run business, owned by Leigh and Duncan Colvin. We are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. If you have any suggestions or comments please contact us.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website to find the product/s you want to purchase, then select and pack size from any drop-down list and select the quantity required and click "Add to basket", then when you've filled your cart click "Proceed to check out" and you will be taken through a process where we ask a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment and PayPal.
If paying by credit/debit card, we accept all major payment cards as well as PayPal for card or account payments. If choosing to pay using PayPal your payment will be authorised online. This method uses Address Verification so your card MUST be registered at the address on your order.
We offer a no-quibble refund/replace service for any products that you consider do not meet the standards expected of us. All we ask is that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to charge a 'handling' fee of up to 20% if returned products are found not to be sub-standard and require re-packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping And Handling
All orders placed take their turn in the order that they arrive with us and could take several days to be processed depending on the time of year and our workload. All Back Orders are dispatched by the most economical method.
We do NOT currently charge any additional handling fees unless we agree to take back an order that has been correctly executed and is outside of the 14 days statutory return period.
We try our best to fulfil all orders 7 working days wherever possible. If we expect your order to be with you any later we will contact you to inform you when you should expect your order.
Our products are packed-to-order. We do not hold stocks of any products in pre-packed weights. It will take time for us to prepare your order. Usually at least 1 working day.
We regret that we can accept no liability for delays caused by factors outside of our control. These would include delays by the post office and would include delays caused by technical difficulties on our website which may result in a delay in us receiving your order in the first place.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item you receive that is not in satisfactory condition we will replace. Damage and shortages MUST be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.
If not satisfied with any goods received, customers may return the item/s within 14 days and receive a full refund of the cost of those goods including outward shipping, provided they remain in merchantable condition and are in original packaging. To return any order or part of an order please contact us.
The cost of returning any goods under the above circumstances will be paid by the customer UNLESS the goods were sent in error. When a customer has completed an order on our website and has completed payment for that order it can be assumed that the order itself has not been placed in error. Any items incorrectly supplied to the customer can be considered supplied in error where they do not match the description of goods at time of purchase.
Damaged goods and/or shortages MUST be advised within 7 days of receipt. Damaged goods will be replaced free of charge. Any shortages will be shipped as soon as possible at no further cost. In this instance, any return costs (if applicable) will be paid by or refunded by Jurassic Soap Kitchen.
Payment is required before an order can be dispatched. Customers may use valid voucher codes provided by Jurassic Soap Kitchen at the point of purchase.
